"One Hope", Two Covenants

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. — Ephesians 4:4-6
The old covenant believers were given the resurrection hope and told that the meek would inherit the earth.

However, I believe the "one hope to which you were called" is the new covenant hope, that of inheriting the kingdom of heaven.

I end up then teaching "two hopes" not the hope of the great crowd vs. the 144,000, but that of those under the new covenant, and those who are not.

Anyone have any wisdom to add on the matter? I'm thinking of the moment when Christ comes and I'm standing next to family members who have not accepted the new covenant based on their interpretation of scripture, and my Jewish friends who are still living under the law covenant.
